Lauren Fair Photography Workshop | Jardin de Buis Wedding Inspiration

This past April I attended my first photography workshop. Before the start of our 2017 season I thought it would be a great time to get inspired and learn from the best! There are so many photographers whom I follow and admire so it was an easy choice to attend Lauren Fair’s workshop, especially since it was so local to Philadelphia! If you’re a photographer and looking for a great learning experience, I can’t recommend Lauren Fair’s Workshop enough!! AND if just learning from her and Tim, wasn’t enough, their next workshop is going to be in Tuscany!!

I ventured up to Jardin de Buis in Pottersville, New Jersey to be welcomed by Lauren and Tim’s infectious smiles, not to mention an absolutely stunning property. It may have been a bit of a rainy day, but that didn’t dampen any spirits! We spent the morning taking in so much information and talking about everything photography. It was so refreshing to talk about different ideas and get inspired for the upcoming season.

The afternoon and evening brought all of the pretty things to fruition. From the grounds of Jardin de Buis and feeling like to the European countryside, to the gorgeous orangerie, greenhouses, gardens and reflecting pool, I knew the collaboration that Lauren and Tim put together, wouldn’t disappoint!

Lauren put it perfectly with how she described the inspiration for the shoot. “For this wedding shoot, we wanted to use all seasonal and fresh local florals, and it was the perfect time to embrace all the lilacs blooming! Lovely Bride NYC sent us the most beautiful Chosen by One Day gold shimmer gown, and our incredible real couple, Brianna and Chris, were the sweetest, most in-love and wonderful model couple!”

We even had a few of our own Philadelphia vendors, L. Priori Jewelry represented with some of the most stunning jewels, let alone all of the other talented vendors! I’m still in awe of the gorgeous florals and stunning gown. Just take a look at all the gorgeousness for yourself :)
